At SeyActive, we strive to deliver amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We provide a 30-day warranty on all products.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  • After receiving our return instructions, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
  • Hand in your package at the local post office.
  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Products can be returned for exchange or refunded within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We will strictly reject items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur.
  • Returns made outside of the 30-day return policy will not be accepted by SeyActive returns and will need to be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Returns are not valid for items bought on Sale, Clearance, pre-order, and backorder.
  • All Bodysuits and underwear are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out.

Return Address

Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

  • We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by SeyActive.
  • Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements
  • Seyactive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • By placing an order, you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms by the carrier
