Refund & Cancel Policy

SEYACTIVE'S REFUND & CANCEL POLICY

CANCELED ORDERS:

- Orders may not be modified/ canceled once the order has been processed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please email cs@seyactive.com immediately, and we will do our best to correct this (A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled.)

REFUND POLICY:

- Once an order is placed, you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery, as a $15 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- If you receive an order that is damaged, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The damaged package should be returned to our warehouse. For instructions on how to proceed with the return and to initiate the refund process, please contact us at cs@seyactive.com.
