Shipping & Delivery

SEYACTIVE'S SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped

- Orders placed after 2 pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped.

- All orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.

- On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

- Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.

- Standard US Shipping is guaranteed 7 - 15 business days. 

- Standard Worldwide Shipping is 15 - 20 business days.

SHIPPING RATES:

- A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies for all US orders.

- A flat shipping fee of $15 applies for all international orders excluding the US (customs and taxes not included).

- Free delivery on orders over $75.

TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES:

- All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's sole responsibility, as SeyActive does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

CANCELED ORDERS:

- If you receive an order that is damaged, please report it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The damaged package should be returned to our warehouse. For instructions on how to proceed with the return and to initiate the refund process, please contact us at cs@seyactive.com.

- Once an order is placed, you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery, as a $15 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.

- Orders may not be modified/ canceled once the order has been processed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please email cs@seyactive.co immediately, and we will do our best to correct this (A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

SeyActive is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or an incorrectly entered address once delivered.

- We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine

- Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO.

- Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
